Saison 2024 gestartet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bei sonnigen 25 \u00b0C startete die LAUF10! Aktion der Abteilung Lauftreff. Im Karl-Weinberger-Stadion fanden sich zahlreiche Freunde des Laufsports ein. Nach einer kurzen Begr\u00fc\u00dfung und obligatorischen Punkten wie Gesundheits-Check, Ablauf der LAUF10! Aktion durch den Vorstand f\u00fcr Breiten- und Gesundheitssport Markus Schwarz startete Gerti Kr\u00f6ll mit dem Aufw\u00e4rmtraining. Da in der 1. Woche die Laufdistanz noch mit einem Kilometer sehr \u00fcberschaubar ist, wurde in diverse Kraft-, Koordinations- und Dehn\u00fcbungen mehr Zeit investiert. Falls noch jemand kurzfristig in die LAUF10!
