V. von 1863 und wird alle zwei Jahre von der Mitgliederversammlung des Vereins neu gew\u00e4hlt. Er f\u00fchrt die Gesch\u00e4fte des Vereins und tritt mindestens viermal im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr zusammen.
